here register your jutsus.Just fill this little thing out and I'll approve,disapprove, or change the level:

Name:(just make up a name and don't go all foreign on us. it should be in english!)
Requirement:(tell whether you need a certain charkra type or bloodline)
Rank:(here the justu can be for a genin or a chuunin,but try to make justus that involve your rank.you can also make the justu stronger as you rank up just tell the effect for the other ranks too)
Type:(tell whether it's a genjutsu,ninjutsu,or a taijustu)
Desription:(describe the justu)

Requirement: u must special in genjutsu
Rank:must at least be genin leavel but the power of the jutsu is weaker if u are lower levels (exeption to few ppl)
Type: genjutsu
is a jutsu in which u control plants, trees, and etc.

you must register for your character and other stuff before you can register a jutsu. But approved^^you can't use it until you apply for other stuff.Also remember its a genjutsu so the plants and stuff aren't real,just the person feels the pain.
